WHEREAS THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS HAVE CONTRIBUTED SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE WOMEN MARINES ASSOCIATION (WMA) AND THE 30TH BIENNIAL WMA CONVENTION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SYMPOSIUM; AND
